Paper Week Studio

A calmer first print

Match the physical paper

Choose A4 or US Letter to match the paper in your printer, then open Print / save as PDF. The planner requests landscape orientation. The browser and printer still control the final print settings; inspect their preview before using several sheets.

Check the margins and scale

The print stylesheet requests a ten-millimetre page margin. Printer hardware and browser settings may add other constraints. If the preview shows clipping or a second sheet, select the matching paper size, landscape orientation and a suitable fit-to-page setting. Turn off browser headers and footers if you do not want the date and address added.

Write for the available box

A paper box has a fixed physical height. Long text may exceed it even when a textarea can scroll on screen. The printed version uses compact text and limits overflow to protect the layout. Shorten entries after checking the preview; the editable backup preserves the complete input.

Use colour deliberately

Apricot and sage are gentle screen palettes. The print view uses a light, simple layout for legibility. Choose Ink saver for a neutral working preview. Your printer’s background-graphics setting can change the appearance, so use one trial sheet before producing several copies.

Make a reusable blank

Clear the writing, keep a general title and print a blank version if you prefer a pen. To preserve an existing written plan, download its editable backup before clearing. The local backup can be restored with the file control. Mozilla’s official printing guide explains browser print settings in more detail.
